  3. Account information — If you create an account: name, email, and authentication data via our auth provider.
  4. Cookies — Locale preference and session cookies required for the service to function.
  5. Analytics — Optional, anonymized usage data if you enable analytics in site settings.

How We Use Your Information

  • Process your uploaded media through AI transcription services (Replicate Whisper).
  • Enforce free-tier daily limits and prevent abuse.
  • Improve service reliability and fix errors.
  • Respond to support requests if you contact us.

Third-Party Services

Transcription is powered by Replicate, using OpenAI's Whisper model. Media content is sent to Replicate solely for transcription. Review Replicate's privacy policy for details.

Data Retention

  • Uploaded video/audio: deleted immediately after processing.
  • Transcription logs: metadata retained for rate limiting; transcript text stored only if you are signed in and we offer history features.
  • Account data: retained until you delete your account.
